Day Two

Hola Amigo´s

Tonight we had a great thunderstorm here while we were showing the God- Man film. THE RAIN THOUGH CAUSES LESS PEOPLE TO SHOW UP FOR THE MOVIE, SO IT IS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING WITH THAT. As you notice there are many typos in my updates, first and foremost it is because I suck at typing, second is that this keyboard is in Spanish so I screw up a lot. So please forgive me.

Things are going well for each of our four groups. Team 2 seems to have all the large schools to go to. Teams 1 and 3 are hiting the small schools, while team 4 is getting moderate to large schools. We all have fallen in love with the students and experiencing Honduras culture in many ways. The food is good though we are not getting any fruit, which is strange since we see bananas all over, but are never getting fed them. We are busy from 7 or 8 AM till 9 PM and then lights out is at 1030. We are having some issues with a few teens not staying hydrated, even though we carry 5 gallons of water with each team. As leaders we are constantly telling them to drink but a few of your kids are not listening. They are fine, just getting sluggish and a bit dizzy. So pray that they all will have open ears and a spirit of obedience to us on that one.

All the teams have really done well in their presentations and dramas today. They are owning it and being over the top, which is great. Several teams had opportunity to play soccer with kids today too. You all can be proud of how your teens are working hard at communicating and loving the Hondurans.

Continue to pray for safe travel around the city, that we all are wise with hydration and continue to be bold in sharing our faith. Thanks for entrustng your kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews to us and your willingness to trust God in this adventure. May we all be changed for it.

Till tomorrow .......
